Choice and Control Expo, Exhibition Park on 22 May 2014 (10-4pm)

Have you decided what your future looks like yet? Do you know what supports are available in your community to support you and help you achieve your goals?

CHOICES is excited to be at the Control & Choice Expo being hosted by Advocacy for Inclusion at Budawang Pavilion, Exhibition Park on 22 May 2014. Over one hundred different exhibitors will be present on the day making for an interesting and informative day out. This is an ideal         opportunity for you, your family and carers to find out more about the different services and products that will be provided once the NDIS starts on the 1st July 2014.

Come and speak to the members of the CHOICES team who will be happy to provide you with personal assistance and information about our following services

– personal care;

– household tasks;

– house and yard maintenance;

– plan management and futures planning;

– managing life stages, transitions and supports;

– development of daily living and life skills;

– physical wellbeing and therapeutic supports;

– accommodation and tenancy support

– participation in community; and

– transport.
