After Hours and Emergency On Call Service

If you select CHOICES to deliver your direct support, we can also provide that extra bit of support and/or piece of mind after hours and on the weekend. We can help when someone doesn’t arrive for a designated shift or when you might need additional support if emergencies occur.

Our emergency on-call service provides you with the confidence and CHOICE to live independently. If you require after hours support or someone to contact after hours in the case of an emergency, the CHOICES After Hours Emergency On Call Service offers emergency rostering support and phone management of crisis situations.
